Jackson Alves is a brazilian calligraphy/lettering artist and educator based in Orlando, Florida. Graduated in graphic design in 2003, in the last twelve years Jackson has been working exclusively as a letterform expert, creating projects for clients such as Apple, Montblanc, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Zatarain’s, The Wall Street Journal, Ford, Seat, Claro, Ambev, Boticario and others. Alves was awarded the 10th and 12th Graphic Design Biennial in Brazil and also twice the “Certificate of Typographic Excellence” by Type Directors Club in NYC.
