Want my top 5 tips on cooking for a dinner party?
1. Get your hands on reliable pots and pans and use them a LOT before dinner party day so there are no surprises day of. As you can see, I rely heavily on my sauce pots, Dutch oven, skillet, and wok.
2. Include lots of dishes that do NOT need to be served piping hot (e.g., most banchan for bibimbap can be served at room temp).
3. Start by making those things that do not need to be served warm OR can be easily reheated (e.g., salads, most desserts, soups, stews, etc.) and work backwards with warmer...
