Easy Beef Rigatoni Pasta, we did not measure anything on this one, just used ingredients we had in on hand. Next time I will leave out the Mozzarella and sub in an alternative cheese like Romano, Parm or try Ricotta. Otherwise just an easy dinner that comes together quickly. -Large pot at Med heat, hit with Olive Oil, heat a few minutes -Add 1/2 White Onion and soften a few minutes -Add 3 cloves garlic for a couple minutes -Add 1lb Ground Beef, brown it 5-7 minutes -Season with Italian Seasoning, S&P -Add about 12-16oz Tomato Sauce, mix well -Add Heavy Cream, guessing 6-8oz -Add Crushed Red Pepper Flakes -Add Fresh Basil -Move to simmer and let it go, 20+ minutes -Boil water, add salt, cook 1lb Rigatoni -Add cooked pasta to sauce, mix well -Add 8oz Cheese of choice, Mozz was OK but not perfect -Add Pasta water to bring it together -Serve it up, top w Parm and Parsley -Enjoy #pasta #rigatoni #easyrecipes #weeknightdinner #beef #3piecesofpecan #fyp
