Far too many times we get caught up in what something is called. For athletes, this is particularly true.
We focus on living up to what we think our
#perception should be based on what we think others want from us.
All this plays into our mental health, mental performance, mindset or whatever you want to call it.
The reality is, the better we know:
✔️who we are
✔️why we are that way
✔️accept that person (the good & bad)
✔️use that knowledge to live out what’s important to us
✔️create a circle that accepts that person
✔️identifies what truly motivates that person
✔️align that person to a reality that supports what they bring to the table
The better we will perform on the field/court/office/pitch/classroom/relationships and life in general…
