🔥LIGHT SHOW🔥 southmetropio On August 29, 2004, at 9:13 p.m., SMFR and Douglas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of smoke visible from the exterior of a single-family home in Douglas County. Upon arrival, Engine 20 observed an arcing electrical box on the side of the residence. Two occupants and their dog were safely evacuated, with no injuries reported. Xcel Energy Colorado de-energized the electricity, allowing firefighters to contain the fire using a fire extinguisher and standby hose line. After electricity was shut off, crews determined there was no fire extension into the home. #firefighter #fire #electricity #firedepartment #colorado
