Sport horses will benefit from increased support for welfare at equestrian events thanks to the team at NZTR. NZTR's sponsorship includes engaging a horse ambulance and an experienced operator to attend internationally ranked cross-country events and the 2025 Horse of the Year show as part of the Thoroughbreds in Equestrian Sports (TiES) series. This exciting initiative will benefit sport horses nationwide and neatly aligns with our #HereForTheHorse mantra—across codes, across breeds, and across disciplines. It also greatly supports event organisers, and we look forward to being more visible in our equestrian communities nationwide at FEI-level and grassroots events.
