Ingredients:
wildforkfoods extra thin boneless short ribs
2 tablespoons tamarind paste
2 tablespoons fish sauce + 1 additional tablespoon separated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
4 cloves fresh minced garlic
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh cracked black pepper
Juice of 1 lime
1 cucumber thin sliced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 handful mint leaves

To make: Combine tamarind, 1 tablespoons fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey and black pepper to make marinade. Let beef marinade for 2 hours.
