If you actually want to see results in the gym, this is what you need to know👀 -I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, weight training is the best way to lose fat and gain muscle 💪 - You don’t need to have a super restrictive diet, I would actually encourage you to still eat all the things you enjoy but, of course, just in moderation. You should be doing a 80/20 balance between healthier food and processed foods🍏 -if you’re not seeing progress, try training until failure instead of always doing 12x4. -
