If you’re doing any of these three things, it’s time to rethink your approach to fitness🤷 You need to stop focusing on numbers, the numbers on the scale mean NOTHING. You could be losing fat but gaining muscle so the numbers on the scale either don’t change or go up. It’s the WORST metric to measure your fitness successes on. You need to start tracking your progress in the gym and ensuring that you actually ARE making progress. Make sure you’re increasing the weight or reps week on week so that your muscles are working at their maximum capacity. Stop trying fad diets and focus on a 80/20 split in your diet: 80% healthy foods and 20% processed foods.
