Ingredients
• 2 Beyond Burger Patties
• 1.5 tsp five-spice powder
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp vegan oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp hot sauce
• Fresh mint, cilantro, arugula
• 1/4 white onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp minced ginger
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 toasted burger buns
• 1 tbsp sriracha + 1 tbsp vegan mayo
• 2 plant-based mozzarella slices
• Oyster mushrooms (1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp maple syrup)
Instructions
1. Wash & dry mint, cilantro, arugula. Toss with sliced onion & sesame seeds.
2. Mix mustard, rice vinegar, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, & lemon zest for dressing. Drizzle on salad & set aside.
3. Cook mushrooms in soy sauce & maple syrup until golden.
