I had to say it, I don’t think there’s such thing as a cheat meal🏃🏻‍♂️ If you want to have a good relationship with fitness and food, you need to stop demonising foods. You don’t need to stop eating any foods to lose weight. You don’t need to cut out carbs, or fatty foods, or (the fan favourite) bread👀 You just need to ensure you’re consuming all these foods in moderation. I always recommend a 80/20 split between healthier foods and processed foods. So, enjoy that chocolate fudge cake!
