1️⃣ Remove lamb leg from netting. Lightly coat in maggiusa before seasoning with “lemon stepper” or rub of your choice.
2️⃣ Place on smoker and cook for 3.5 hour or until bark has set.
3️⃣Place lamb in a pan and add 1 onion, sliced, 10 cloves garlic, 1 bunch thyme and 3 sprigs rosemary, along with 2 cups beef broth and 1 cup tycoonspirits cognac.
4️⃣ Place lamb back on smoker and cook 2 hours or until it’s tender (anwywhere between 205-212 IMO)
