Chai Latte Cupcakes cheffingwithamber 🤤
INGREDIENTS:
For the cupcakes:
1 box white cake mix
4 large eggs
¾ cup Trader Joe’s Spiced Chai Black Tea Concentrate
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
For the whipped frosting:
2 ½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar, plus more to taste
6 tablespoons chai latte beverage powder mix, plus more to taste
½ tablespoon vanilla bean paste
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Cinnamon sugar, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, chai concentrate, oil, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until well combined. Divide the batter among the lined muffin cups.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Once cooled, make the frosting.
