I recommend you take you body weight in lbs x15
Or you body weight in kg x 2.2 x15 to get the total amount of calories you should be eating to focus on building muscle mass.

So for someone who’s 200ls, should eat 3000 calories a day.

Make sure to eat 1g protein per lbs (or 2g per kg)body weight to get the protein you need. Divide the rest of the calories between carbs and fat.
