This week, we’re incorporating the no feet Power Clean into our training! 🔥 This drill is designed to develop a longer, more powerful leg drive during the pull and improve the timing of the transition between the second and third pulls. It’s crucial for maintaining drive against the floor while initiating the pull under.
Additionally, this exercise helps to identify and correct any imbalances, as the athlete’s base remains grounded, preventing any unintended displacement of the center of mass. Let’s reduce that excessive foot elevation and lay down a strong foundation for the season ahead! 🚀
