I’ve been thinking about that saying a lot lately and today just so happens to be
#WorldMentalHealthDay so here I am sharing it on the inter-connected-webs. You may have noticed that I worded that a bit differently than the original saying. I wrote that from the first-person, because my experience is where I like to speak from, rather than project in the third-person. The multi-term/multi-slash I chose is because I think health, illness, wellness, struggle, and strength all have different connotations for different people. Those different terms can hold different meaning, weight, emotion, or even validity for different people. And as is true in all of life, multiple realities can be true at once.
