The Dog Squad is mourning the recent loss of PD Kelsey, who served the Victorian community for an incredible 10 years.⁣ ⁣ Before her retirement in 2022, Kelsey had an outstanding career, performing duties which included searching for explosives, firearms, cash and narcotics on a daily basis.⁣ ⁣ Kelsey lived at home with Dog Squad handler Leading Senior Constable Kathy Koop and her family.⁣ ⁣ Our thoughts are with Kathy and the extended Dog Squad family. 💙⁣ ⁣ #PoliceDog
