Take your dip game up a notch with my Brussels Sprouts Pancetta Dip! Crispy pancetta, tender Brussels sprouts, and a cheesy, creamy blend come together for a dip that’s sure to be a crowd favorite.

Ingredients
2 cup Brussels Sprouts sliced
4 oz pancetta
1/2 package cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh chopped chive for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Add Brussels Sprouts and pancetta into a baking sheet pan. Season with salt and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to combine and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese and cayenne pepper a garlic powder.
