Hungarian garlic ribs! These were insanely good! Pork, salt, garlic and lard… how could it not be amazing?! Hella simple and stupid tasty. If there’s one recipe I demand you to make up to this point, it’s this one 💯

Ingredients:
▪️1 slab of baby backs
▪️ 10 cloves garlic, halved lengthwise
▪️ 1 lb lard
▪️ kosher salt
To make:
1️⃣ Salt rack of pork ribs and let it sit for 1-2 hours
2️⃣ Make small slits/holes into meaty portions between bones. Fill with sliced garlic. Coat ribs in lard.
3️⃣ Place on smoker at 400 degrees uncovered. Cook for 1 hour. Cook for 45 mins to 1 hour more. Enjoy some of the tastiest ribs ever.
‼️ NOTE: If you’re using an oven, you can place them in covered the whole time.
