The San Pedro River is the last free-flowing desert river in the Southwest and endangered species depend on it — like desert pupfish, and yellow-billed cuckoos. But the #SanPedroRiver is drying up. Hydrological modeling shows that San Pedro River base flow — the stream flow during the driest times of year — will cease within the next century.
