I don’t think we talk about this season enough. The one with so many bittersweet moments of your babies growing up, but with their evolving independence, you find more opportunities to pour back into yourselves. We love being parents and recognize that with each season comes new challenges- but this is something I couldn’t see while we were in the thick of postpartum/infant/toddler stages. I’m loving this new normal of ours and am looking forward to embracing this season more intentionally-because we have seriously learned the years go by quick!!
