I honestly felt a lot of judgment when I used to make mistakes, like anyone else. But the real problem is the lack of emotional intelligence in soccer at the lower levels, and even at professional ones! That’s because balance is hard to find. When you play great, it’s easier to feel like the hero, but when you get scored against a lot and lose, bad judgment and negative emotions are often out of control. That’s the part I HATED the most because, honestly, it’s just dumb.
