#fastfeetfriday Let’s get horizontal😤 A lot of times the limiting factor in someone’s acceleration is being unable to express their strength and power in a horizontal plane of motion. Everything trained in a gym setting is vertical force production, so we take 15 minutes from one of our gym sessions each week and spend more time building strength and power in the horizontal plane. If the athletes get more exposure to horizontal power output they’ll be able to express it in their accelerations.
