Bake our day! Life’s always better with a slice of pie, especially when it’s Chef’s signature plant-based chicken pot pie 🥧
Ingredients:
- Dairy-Free Spicy Monterey Jack Shreds
- Pie crusts x2
- Vegetable stock 1/2 L
- Frozen vegetables 2 Cups
- Finely chopped white onion 1/4
- Finely chopped garlic 3 cloves
- Chopped potatoes
- Plant-based chicken 200 grams
- Flour
- Plant-based milk 1/2 cup
- Spice Seasoning
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. In a pot, combine the chopped potatoes, garlic, onion, plant-based chicken, and vegetables together.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, plant-based milk, and vegetable stock. Then, pour it into the pot.
3. Add Daiya cheese shreds to the pie crust and add the mixture from the pot on top.
4. Add the other pie crust on top and cook it in the oven until edges are golden.
