Dr. Phil said at a hearing about Texas death row inmate Robert Roberson that it would be a "miscarriage of justice" to follow through on the execution, after it was temporarily called off last week following efforts to halt it. Roberson, 57, had been scheduled to die by lethal injection last Thursday for the killing of his 2-year-old daughter in 2002. He was convicted of capital murder in his daughter's death from shaken baby syndrome, a condition once used as evidence of child abuse that experts now consider outdated and too vague to support a criminal charge. #texas #drphil
