Brighten your table with a vibrant cellentani pasta salad, a colourful dish bursting with fresh flavours. 💙 Ingredients: 340g Barilla Cellentani 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 1⁄2 tsp dried oregano 1 pinch sugar sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 160g sliced artichoke hearts, drained 80g pitted mixed olives 1 bell pepper, finely sliced 160g cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 red onion, finely sliced 200g mozzarella pearls/balls, drained 100g Italian salami, finely sliced 4 tbsp parmesan shavings Method: 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Cellentani according to package instructions, until al dente, then drain. 2. Whisk the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and oregano together and season with sugar, salt and black pepper. 3. Toss the pasta with 3⁄4 of the dressing until fully coated. 4.
