Burpees are the one thing I dread the most. You don’t need to do them to get in shape but I do them because I don’t want to and that’s the point.
It’s truly a mindset thing. I believe in order to improve your mindset you have to continuously do the things that you don’t want to do; to be uncomfortable. You get what you want externally (fitness results) by cultivating what you want internally (mind). Continue to do the things that will challenge and make you better and your body has no choice but to follow.
