I would not recommend dry scooping protein powder 🤢 There are a few main reasons why you are not seeing results: 1. You are aimlessly exercising in the gym. You need to have a plan in place to get the results you want... the best way to do that is to have someone make the program for you cough cough. 2. You are way off from your ideal protein intake. You should be aiming for 1.5 to 2 grams per kg of body weight. Try tracking it for a week, and you’ll be shocked at how little you’re consuming. 3. You have the patience of a puppy about to be fed. It takes time to build muscle, and you need to be patient. Don’t compare your results to others... who knows what they are taking. #onlinecoach #musclegain #results
