Yesterday we celebrated the life of physicist Erwin Schrödinger, born 126 years ago on August 12! One of the founders of quantum physics, he proposed a famous thought experiment known as “Schrödinger’s #Cat” to help explain #quantummechanics, and developed "Schrödinger’s wave equation"—an important discovery in the field of wave mechanics for which he shared the 1933 Nobel Prize for #Physics.
