• I apologize in advance. I’m just passionate about player development. Footwork is the foundation of a player’s skillset and we must care enough to teach it correctly. I’m far from perfect but if I see a player’s footwork off during a drill I immediately stop them, show them and have them rep it out. I do not care if it’s a group session the entire group will stop, learn and do it as well. Can’t do much of anything with bad footwork especially shooting and making layups. And if we don’t teach players correctly at a young age it’s going to be a bad habit for them to break as they get older. NO MORE JUST GETTING PLAYERS THROUGH WORKOUTS. STOP LETTING THEM JUST FLY BY! THAT’S DOING THEM A DISSERVICE! #PerfectYourSkills247
