Comfort with reverse curls can vary due to wrist mobility. A good way to help alleviate some of the discomfort is to use a thumbless grip. ๐
This prevents the weight from pulling your wrist more into a pronated position than youโre comfortable with. ๐
Hands not big enough? Use a normal grip, hammer grip if able, or smaller equipment and slow your tempo to increase time under tension. ๐
