* they're air-dried for 18 hours, which results in 25% fewer calories than most instant noodles, double the usual amount of protein, and zero mg of cholesterol.
* they cook in 3-4 minutes, half the time as pasta.

* soy & scallion + spicy soy both use a skinny, squiggly shape.
