Lost another solider… The Florida State Seminoles have the 42nd-best 2025 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite. This is not surprising, given the 1-9 record on the year. I appreciate the young men who have stuck around with the Seminoles, especially considering that even some fans are losing confidence in the program. The Seminoles have been a train wreck thus far where an emphasis has to be made on high school recruiting. With the program having to replace an offensive coordinator/offensive line coach, defensive coordinator, and wide receivers coach (potentially even more in the offseason), the recruiting class itself is likely not as important given that there is uncertainty within who will be coaching them. I would rather have the coaching staff prioritize the transfer market with a good mixture of high school recruits who can make contributions as well as experienced transfers to fill roster holes.
