Here’s why you should do drops ⬇️
If you have had knee pain and you are rebuilding up to higher intensity activities and your knee starts feeling better DO NOT go straight into a jump or dunk session. Start off with drops to readapt to absorbing that force. If you can’t land from a certain height without pain you definitely can’t jump that certain height without pain because jumping is more intense…
So take that rebuilding process slowly and what I’ve learned in my recovery journey is that it’s better to go slow and succeed than rush and regret.
