1 package Franz Classic Dinner Rollsā
1 small onion, diced finelyā
2 cloves garlic, mincedā
1 T. olive oilā
5 oz. fresh baby spinachā
6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and choppedā
4 oz. soft cream cheeseā
½ tsp. garlic powderā
¼ tsp. ground black pepperā
¼ tsp. saltā
½ c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese ā plus more for toppingā
½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese ā plus more for toppingā
1 T. minced parsley for garnish (optional)ā
