QUESILLO🍮🇻🇪 // Latin American Desserts Ep. 6
Today we are making the iconic Venezuelan Quesillo, their version of a flan :) it is VERY rich and creamy!

✨Ingredients:
-60 ml water
-150 gr sugar
-415 ml condensed milk (1 can)
-5 medium eggs
-355 ml evaporated milk (1 can)
-30 ml dark rum (1 oz)
-150 gr powdered milk
-90ml water
Preheat oven to 350 F. To a small saucepan, add water followed by sugar and heat over medium heat; do not stir to avoid crystallization. Cook for 10-15 minutes until it darkens and reaches a deep golden color. Pour immediately into the flan pan (round or bundt) and cool down. In the meantime, add condensed milk, eggs, evaporated milk, rum, powdered milk, and water into a blender and blend at medium speed in 20-second intervals.
