Kanye West has been accused of 'gagging' and choking America's Next Top Model alumna Jenn An until she blacked out, in a new federal lawsuit. An is suing both West and Universal Music Group for gender-motivated violence over an incident she claims occurred during a music video shoot in 2010. In her legal filing, she alleges that West, 47, placed her on a chair and instructed the director to put the camera on her - then choked her. West then purportedly 'smothered' An's face with his hands and 'gagged her to emulate forced oral s*x,' she asserted in court documents obtained by TMZ.
