I’m very fascinated with resistance and how it’s so subconscious… I’ve learned a lot about how it can stem back to self worth, not wanting the discomfort of change, or even fear of being happy and feeling good. If you find yourself avoiding or resisting a simple practice that genuinely makes you feel good, I’d recommend questioning it and getting curious. Does this resonate? Also, fun fact, I love moderating panels sometimes even more than being one of the interviewees🙂
