Snowflake Puff Pastry 🍫❄️ we always end up making this on Christmas morning because it’s so quick & easy and everyone loves it! You can replace the Nutella with biscoff spread, jam, or fruit filling!
Ingredients-
-2 sheets puff pastry
-Nutella
-hazelnuts, chopped
-1 egg, beaten
-powdered sugar
1. Place a plate on top of the pastry sheet and cut around the edge to make a circle. Remove the excess pastry, then repeat with the second sheet.
2. Spread Nutella onto one sheet of pastry, sprinkle on the chopped nuts, then add another layer of pastry on top.
3. Place a small bowl in the center of the circle, then make 8 even slices from the edge of the bowl to the outside edge of the pastry circle.
4. Slice each section in half. Twist two strands inwards twice, then pinch at the bottom. Continue until all the pieces have been braided.
5. Brush with egg wash, then bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
