Wing Prep ( I used about 3LBS of wings)
Season to your liking with Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and about 1/2 tbsp of baking powder per lb of chicken wings
Preheat your oven to 425 Degrees and evenly space wings on your wire rack
Cook for 45 flip wings and cook another 15 min
Buffalo Sauce
Unsalted butter: 1/4 cup (half a stick)
Hot sauce: 1/3 cup
Brown sugar: 3 tbsp
Garlic Parm
Unsalted butter: 1/3 cup
Fresh garlic: 4 cloves, minced
Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup, finely grated
Fresh parsley: 2 tbsp, chopped
Lemon Pepper Honey
Unsalted butter: 1/3 cup
Lemon pepper seasoning: 2 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice: 2 tbsp
