A look into some pieces of our speed days🏎️🔥 This is arguably one of the most important training days of the week. In order to maintain your peak speed you need to hit top end sprinting a MINIMUM of once per week, ideally twice. Not pictured: Jump testing, stability and balance, core, injury prevention work etc. which are even more crucial elements to the athlete development process.
