The Roots are bringing their Roots Picnic Experience back to the Hollywood Bowl. Last time, the festival headed West to the Hollywood Bowl for their special sold-out ‘Roots Picnic: Hip-Hop is the Love of My Life’ event. The theme of this next experience in particular is “Class of ‘95” — highlighting some of the biggest hip-hop stars who made 1995 the iconic year it was. The lineup includes Lil Kim, Redman & Method Man, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, DJ Quik, Raekwon, E-40, Goodie Mob, Havoc — all backed by The Roots.
