Slice a pepper into a 5x1.5-inch rectangle to make a scarf and wrap it around the mozzarella. Use the leftover pepper to make a tiny triangle for the nose. Cut the end of two olives into small slices to make buttons, and use the remaining pieces to make small eyes. Take one rosemary twig and break it in half, remove the leaves, and stick them carefully inside the burrata. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt on top.
