56g (4 tablespoons) room temperature butter plus 14g (1 tablespoon) melted
2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 cups (500g) whole milk
2 tablespoons (26g) lemon juice
3 eggs
3 tablespoons (38g) granulated sugar
3 tablespoons (43g) melted butter, plus 3 tablespoons (43g) for greasing

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups (312g) all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

100g powdered sugar
26g (2 tablespoons) whole milk
