If you’re ready to elevate your roast game, here’s how to do it: What You’ll Need: For the Duck: • 5 lb whole duck • 2 tbsp salt • 1 tsp pepper For the Cranberry Glaze: • 1 lb fresh cranberries • 1/2 cup sugar • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar Directions: Combine cranberries, sugar, and balsamic vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer for 20 minutes, then strain for a smooth finish. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Season the duck generously with salt and pepper.
