Recipe
1. Boil 4 sticks of unsalted butter, 2½ cups dark brown sugar, & 2 cups molasses.
2. Add baking soda + water.
3. Cool, then mix with 4 eggs, 2 tosp of ground ginger and cinnamon, ½ tsp baking powder, and 1½ tsp baking soda.
4. Add 12 cups of all-purpose flour (Profile Pro Tip: use built-in Smart Scale to perfectly measure), chill dough 2 hrs.
5. Roll, cut shapes, bake in the Smart Oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
6. Cool & enjoy!
