The city of Portland has 56 snowplows, and they’re looking for names for five of them. The Portland Bureau of Transportation is holding its first ever snowplow naming contest this winter and inviting the public to get creative (and silly) with their suggestions. People are invited to submit their “most creative, punniest, and wintry ideas,” with the top five snowplow names selected as winners announced in February.
