For 76 years, the women and men of unpeacekeeping have been #ServingForPeace in some of the world’s most challenging environments. #UnitedNations peacekeeping missions consist of military personnel, police officers and civilians who work with and for the most vulnerable people around the world. They protect civilians, help create the conditions for lasting peace, assist with the delivery of humanitarian aid, promote human rights and much more. We thank these brave women and men for their service & sacrifice and their commitment to a more peaceful future.
