🚨INTERNSHIP SPOTLIGHT🚨 Brother Riley Hays was able to intern for Owens Corning this summer and was able to gain crucial experience for his career. He worked in a manufacturing plant where he would ensure the safety of others. He would look for any potential hazards in the workplace and then take the necessary steps to correct them. Riley would make sure each workspace was fully stocked by creating area checklists as well as taking tool inventory. Riley would also present slide shows before each shift, making sure that the staff was being safe in everything they were doing. #internship #phideltatheta #damnproud
