👉🏾 INGREDIENTS
▪️3 pounds oxtails
▪️ 2 tbsp cooking oil
▪️ 2 tbsp rough chopped ginger
▪️8 cloves garlic, chopped
▪️1 bay leaf
▪️3 tbsp Chinese five spice
▪️1 cup Shaoxing wine
▪️1/4 cup dark soy sauce
▪️1 /3 cup light soy sauce
▪️1 tablespoon rock sugar (Regular works fine)
▪️1 1/2 cups water (plus more as needed)
▪️ Salt to taste

🟩 TO MAKE:
1️⃣ Season oxtails with tryfinesse “garlic blend” or rib of your choice. Place on webergrills kettle indirect over jealousdevilcharcoal and let them smoke for about 90 minutes or until bark has set. If you don’t have a smoker, you can brown oxtails in a pot.
